Air Installation
Compressed air is required for the pneumatic control and during shape moulding production additionally for the filling of the mould, the draining as well as the demoulding of the finished product.
The supply pressure ranges between 7 to 9 bar for the control- and filling air and between 3-4 bar for the filling of the pressure filling devices, the draining and the demoulding. Ideally in shape moulding production plants two compressed air nets are installed.
