B-Jet Introduction:

Engineering of the B-Jet fill injector has brought advancement to the molding operation. This maintenance friendly fill injector is designed to save 50 -80 % tool preparation time by having barrels married to tooling. It is easily inspected at machine by simply pulling the clip and removing the piston end, from barrel end. No more trying to reach to fill plate to loosen nuts from collar, then resetting filler tip depth.

B-Jet filler is available for EPS, or EPP. Eject function is available. Tip dip length 21mm, OD: EPP 24, EPS 20, standard. Other are sizes available. Plunger size: EPP 20mm, EPS 16mm. Barrel: dia 50, 42mm, lengths 300, 400, 500mm.
