Kurtz has gained an excellent reputation in supplying flexible low-pressure die casting machines to jobbing foundries.

The machine types "TC" and "SC" are excellently suited to fulfill the most demanding requirements. A crucible style furnace provides the best flexibility to cast with various alloys. A further advantage is the compact design for installation in smaller foundry shops with limited height.

Nevertheless, the machines are known for their flexibility. In addition to the standard central riser tube gating system, further gating options such as multiple riser tubes or a feeder box can be utilized. Additional features include mould filling via temperature control, continuous horizontal and vertical core pull adjustment, and easy storage and upload of casting recipes incl. machine and process data - true machine highlights that pay-off!
